Before using the services offered on AilunaPro.com or through our mobile app, please read our Terms of Use carefully. By accessing our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not accept them, you may not use our services.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. By using AilunaPro, you confirm you are of legal age to use our services.
User Accounts
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information and keep this information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and must notify us immediately upon any unauthorized use of your account.
Orders and Payment
Placing Orders
By placing an order through the Service, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You may be required to provide personal information, including your name, email, phone number, payment details, billing, and shipping addresses.
Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to errors in the description or price of the goods, or if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
Pricing and Payments
The Company reserves the right to change its prices at any time prior to accepting an order. Payment can be made through valid credit or debit cards, and transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer.
Subscriptions
Subscription Period
Some parts of the Service are available only with a paid subscription, billed in advance on a recurring basis either monthly or yearly. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription renewal by contacting us at service@ailunapro.com. No refunds will be provided for the current subscription period, and you will retain access to the Service until the end of your subscription period.

Our Service allows you to generate and post content. You retain ownership of your content but grant the Company a license to use, modify, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute your content.
